"Last year around this time, I made the conscious decision to be more transparent about my issues in an attempt to help myself and let those around me know that they weren't alone.

I'm sure you've all noticed me post pretty frequently about anxiety, depression, etc... So that's why, if you were wondering. It's something I struggle with everyday and something I take very seriously.
